Include your apartment, tower, parking bay and access instructions so your Champ can find your ride with ease.

We use your contact, vehicle, parking and booking details to arrange services, manage your account and help with support requests. Service partners receive only the details needed for your visit. We do not sell personal information. You can update your details or request account deletion in Settings; transaction records may be retained where required. For privacy questions, write to admin@washngo.in.

Review your vehicle, address, service inclusions, schedule and total in the app before confirming a booking. Please provide accurate details, safe access to the vehicle and any required parking permission. Prices and availability depend on your selected service and location. Selecting a plan on this website does not place an order or take payment. Contact support if you need help understanding a booking or changing a plan.

Cancellation policy

Room for a change of plan.

Cancel a visit without a fee up to two hours before its scheduled start. For later changes, check the cancellation details shown in your booking before you confirm. You can manage eligible visits and subscription changes from Bookings in WashNgo Customer. If access or scheduling becomes difficult, let support know so we can help with your next step.

Refunds & cancellations

A clear route when plans change.

For a missed visit, incomplete service or eligible cancellation, open the booking and select Report an issue. Our care team reviews the booking and explains the available resolution. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within five to seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
